    $58 per hour (W2)

    Registered Nurse Qualifications

    Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
    Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health care or related clinical experience preferred)
    Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home health visits

    Home Health RN Responsibilities

    Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Montgomery County and Northwest Philadelphia
    Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress
    Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other prescribed clinical treatments
    Educate patients and families on health management, chronic disease care, and preventive healthcare
    Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of patient care
    Accurately document all patient interactions and nursing care provided in compliance with healthcare regulations
