    Description

    As an Analytics Manager, you will spearhead our efforts to harness analytical insights that propel provider performance and client satisfaction to new heights. You will be at the helm of large data sets, tasked with pinpointing client challenges within the work order cycle and translating these insights into strategic actions for stakeholders. Your role is pivotal in collaborating with various teams to innovate our internal and external reporting mechanisms, responding to client-specific analytical requests, and refining our Looker dashboard suite to deliver real-time updates

    This will be a remote work opportunity, with the ideal candidate being located in Eastern or Central United States.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the development of advanced custom reports to monitor and enhance client and provider performance.
    • Use data analytics to identify and solve complex client and provider issues, working closely with account leads to formulate data-driven strategies.
    • Innovate and expand the company's repertoire of data visualization tools, including the creation and improvement of dashboards.
    • Extract and interpret trends from intricate data sets, presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
    • Employ a comprehensive set of critical metrics to construct and fine-tune top-performing provider networks for our clientele.
    • Initiate and promote analytical knowledge-building projects to optimize operational processes and share critical findings.
    • Oversee the implementation of cross-functional improvement initiatives with robust analytics and reporting frameworks.
    • Deliver on-demand, client-facing analysis and reporting under stringent deadlines.

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    • A minimum of 5+ years in an analytics leadership role, preferably in analyst, consulting, operations, or finance sectors.
    • Exceptional analytical prowess with a proven track record of managing large-scale data projects with precision and a meticulous approach.
    • Expertise in queries, report generation, and the presentation of findings, with an emphasis on storytelling through data.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is crucial; SQL and Looker experience are highly desirable.
    • Strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously, coupled with a deep sense of ownership.
    • Proven effectiveness in a cross-functional team setting, with stellar communication skills.
    • Comfort in navigating ambiguous analytical scenarios and a persistent intellectual curiosity to delve into data and uncover underlying patterns.
    • A positive, can-do attitude, with a flexible approach to work and an openness to constructive feedback.

    National: The salary range for this position is $79,700 - $147,900

    Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
