    We seek a proactive and self-sufficient Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join our OSI Engineering team.

    This crucial role is centered on engaging directly with clients, orchestrating interviews, compiling feedback from clients and our recruitment team, facilitating job offers, and overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for technical personnel.

    The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating recruitment activities, display thorough attention to detail, and possess a solid personal and professional growth drive.

    Responsibilities include spearheading recruitment efforts, offering administrative support to our talent acquisition team, and assisting with various project-related tasks.


    Key Requirements:
    Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment coordination role, preferably with experience using Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter.

    Candidates with 4-5 years of experience in recruitment coordination and proficiency in any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will also be considered.

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations and maintain composure.
    Previous experience in a corporate setting.
    Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    Experience posting jobs in ATS, specifically Bullhorn, submitting resumes to clients, uploading to job portals, and scheduling interviews via Teams.

    Excellent note-taking abilities and the skill to revise job descriptions as needed.
    Ability to compile shortlists of qualified candidates for hiring managers.
    Collaboration with managers to determine future hiring needs.
    Onboarding support for new hires.
    Strong decision-making capabilities.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and SharePoint.


    Education:
    A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources is preferred.

    This position is working REMOTE, requiring candidates to be available during standard business hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM), 5 days a week.

    Preference will be given to candidates residing on the West Coast, especially in California.


    Salary Range :
