The GC will lead the company's legal team and oversees various compliance programs required under HIPAA, Stark Law, Sunshine Act, FCA and other regulatory regimes, as well as participating in drafting and negotiating legal agreements and policies, managing the legal team and outside counsel and advising to senior management on intellectual property, technology and supply transactions in support of business objectives.
In addition, the General Counsel will lead the build-out of improved internal corporate systems and processes, working with other stakeholders in internal finance, clinical services, compliance and technical groups.
