Job summary
The RN Resident will complete thirteen to twenty-one weeks of residency training under the program which includes basic nursing orientation EPIC computer orientation Basic ECG soft ID specimen collection form fast self-scheduling training and unit orientation continued orientation to unit standards procedures protocols and nursing policy with preceptor oversight gradual increase of patient load assignments during twelve hour shifts full patient assignments with support from preceptor validation of completion of all program expectations by week fourteen.
