    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Technical Leader to oversee the strategic integration of AI technologies within our IT infrastructure.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and the hands-on technical acumen to guide and assist teams directly with technological implementations.


    Responsibilities:

    • Architect IT solutions that incorporate advanced AI technologies, ensuring they align with our business objectives and Agile methodologies.
    • Provide hands-on leadership in the development, configuration, and deployment of IT solutions, actively contributing to coding, troubleshooting, and systems integration as needed.
    • Champion digital transformation projects, ensuring the adoption of scalable and innovative IT practices.
    • Ensure compliance with rigorous industry and regulatory standards within the pharmaceutical sector.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging the IT team to stay current with emerging technologies.
    • Foster collaboration across departments, ensuring IT initiatives support enterprise-wide goals.
    • Mentor IT professionals, ensuring the team possesses the skills and certifications necessary for success.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 10 years in IT leadership with hands-on experience in the deployment of AI technologies.
    • Recognized industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or relevant technical certifications in AI technology platforms.
    • Deep technical expertise in a broad range of IT systems, software development, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
    • Strong practical knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), database management, and DevOps tools.
    • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to teach and guide technical teams in a hands-on manner.
    • Solid understanding of data governance, data integrity, and the importance of data security in a highly regulated industry.
