Clobracon Construction is looking for an Assistant Project Manager.

We offer a hands-on, fast-paced and very dynamic work environment, in which employees get to experience a wide array of projects of varying size and complexity.

Job responsibilities for the position are as follows:
Work under supervision of a PM
Preparation of subcontractor/trade contract documents
Tracking and updating of project budgets, including cost-to-complete projections
Tracking and updating of project schedules
Preparation and administration of change orders
Shop drawing/samples administration
Regular correspondence with architects, engineers, and subcontractors

The ideal candidates possess the following skills:
Engineering or architectural degree, civil technology diploma, or building sciences technology diploma
Minimum 3 years of experience as an assistant project manager or project coordinator for a general contractor in the province of Quebec
Membership in the OIQ or l'Ordre des technologies professionnels
Ability to work on multiple projects
Proven experience in preparing and managing construction budgets and schedules, change order administration, shop drawing administration
Must be technically sound – building envelope technology, mechanical/electrical, structural
Fully bilingual
