    Description

    This is an in-person role and will last 1-3 months.


    The
    Temporary Title Release Specialist will be responsible for handling inquiries and processes related to the release and correction of titles for closed loans and repossessions, focusing on both consumer and commercial loans.

    This role involves processing and releasing consumer loans, managing repossession and total loss paperwork in compliance with state laws, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service.



    Requirements: High school diploma or GED, with 2-3 years of lending experience in banking, commercial or operations of commercial/consumer environment preferred, and a strong foundation in customer service and documentation accuracy.
