    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

    This unique opportunity will allow you to work with a wide range of legal matters, particularly within the realm of estate and trust administration, litigation, probate, and estate law.

    In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients, preparing legal documents, and managing legal transactions.

    Provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to estate and trust administration, litigation, probate, and estate law.

    Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
    Conduct research to support legal proceedings and to formulate a defense or to initiate legal actions.

    Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or to prosecute defendants in civil litigation.

    Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.

    Confer with colleagues with specialties in appropriate areas of legal issue to establish and verify bases for legal proceedings.

    Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, specifically with experience in estate and trust administration, litigation, probate, and estate law.

    Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    Proficient in legal research and writing.
    Proficiency in the use of legal software and technology.
