Essential Functions
What You'll Do:

Clean University buildings to ensure that facilities are in suitable condition for activities, which may include (but not limited to) mopping and waxing floors, washing windows, dusting, and trash disposal.
Maintains equipment and supplies in order to complete tasks.
May assist in building inspections to determine if custodial care is needed.
May assist in arranging tables and chairs for special events.

Minimum Skills and Abilities
Education for Level I and II: Ability to read and write.

Experience for Level I: No experience
Experience for Level II: 2 years experience in custodial floor care techniquest

Substitutions allowed for Experience: When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement, at a rate of one (1) year relevant education per year of required experience
