Empathetic, gentle, and devoted CNAs are needed to help our team provide trusted care to those residents who call our long-term care facility "home".
The LTC CNA position helps the long-term care residents with activities of daily living. This position is Full Time, forty (40) hours per week, 6 am to 2 pm.

GCHS boasts a 25-bed critical access hospital, 16-bed Long Term Care Unit, and 2 Family Practice Clinics located in Tribune and neighboring Sharon Springs in Wallace County.
