CNC Mill Machinist
*Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled CNC Mill Machinist with a strong experience in machine setup and a commitment to precision.
This role requires at least 5 years of hands-on experience with CNC Mills and a solid understanding of working with diverse materials including aluminum, plastic, and steel.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to meticulously read and interpret blueprints and support the Quality Department through manual inspection using various gauges and instruments.
A readiness to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment is essential, as is the capability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Candidates should be prepared for a second shift schedule and must be open to mandatory overtime on Fridays.
Hard Skills+ High School Diploma or GED+ 5+ years of CNC Mills machine set-up experience+ 5-axis set-up experience+ Familiarity with Haas or Mori DMG Machines+ Experience in manufacturing with aluminum, plastic, and steel+ Proficient in blueprint reading+ Manual inspection using gauges and instrumentsSoft Skills
+ Strong work ethic+ Attention to detail+ Ability to stand for long periods+ Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds+ Excellent communication skills+ Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment+ Capability to handle sensitive and confidential informationWork Site
This is a fully on-site position in Tempe, Arizona.Work Environment
Second shift (M-Th 2:30pm-1:00am) or First Shift (M-Th 7am-2pm), Shift Differential 15%, Mandatory OT on Fridays
