- Leads and manages Geographic Information Systems (GIS) projects.
- Performs advanced-level GIS analysis and mapping.
- Develops and analyzes business requirements and designs, develops and tests new GIS
- data, processes, and applications.
- Analyses, troubleshoots and improves existing GIS data, processes, and applications.
- Designs and implements quality assurance processes.
- Provides GIS support services to management and staff.
- Supports and mentors GIS staff.
- May represent business units on the GIS Technical Committee.
- 3 years of advanced-level experience demonstrating the use and application of GIS data and technologies or an equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
- Worked with both GIS and commercially available asset management systems.
- Performed advance level of mapping and GIS analysis.

- Able to sit long periods of time looking at a computer screen, able to lift 15 lbs.
- A Graduate Certificate, Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution may substitute for two years of experience.
