Description
Express Employment Professionals has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Human Resources Manager (Bilingual: English/Korean) position in the San Diego area.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of employees.
Manage employee relations activities, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Lead the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management.
Stay informed of emerging HR trends, best practices, and technologies.
Direct office administration processes such as reception, mail distribution, and procurement to uphold operational efficiency.
Develop and manage budgets for administrative expenses, optimizing resource allocation.
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging catering as needed by Top Leadership.
Qualifications:
Must be Bilingual (Korean/English)2+ years exp. In Human ResourcesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
