About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students near Newark, Delaware. The team is flexible in determining the nature of the caseload so whether you are interested in pre-k, high school, developmental speech and language disorders, or AAC, there is likely an opportunity for you The position responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess speech and language disorders that impact academic achievement.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that address each student's specific needs.
• Delivering direct and indirect speech and language services to identified students.
• Working in close partnership with classroom teachers and interdisciplinary teams to support students' speech and language development.
• Continuously monitoring student progress through observations and data collection, allowing for necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintaining transparent and regular communication with caregivers, offering updates and strategies to foster continued growth at home.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-12th grade children.
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• A valid DE SLP license from the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation.
