Job summary
We are hiring a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Safety & Compliance to lead safety and regulatory initiatives across the organization.This position is based in La Porte, Indiana and serves as a global role, requiring regional travel across multiple states and company acquisitions to ensure consistent compliance and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety and regulatory compliance, proven leadership and team development experience,
- A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety,
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in senior leadership roles overseeing safety.
