    Project Manager

    Contract: 6 months (chance to extend)

    Location: Seattle (onsite 3 days per week)

    Primary Project:

    • Rolling out Adobe Workfront

    Summary:

    • Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables.
    • Identify risks and be proactive with mitigation strategies
    • Ability to drive and lead independently with confidence, and strong ability to collaborate.
    • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity.
    • Strong communication and relationship building skills
    • Experience in tool implementation.
    • Support change management strategies
    • Provide training and support for go-live
    • UAT experience (nice to have)
    • Marketing Operations background
    • GTM process familiarity
    • Strength with continuous improvement
    • Operational and process focused.
    • Experience with Adobe Workfront preferred

    Day to Day/Skills:

    • Leading with ambiguity
    • Diving into project plan
    • Working with cross functional SMEs
    • Help with mitigation plans as well
    • Great visibility across this role, working with directors and VPs
    • Tool implementation experience is helpful
    • 5+ years of PM experience
