Responsibilities
- Prepare correspondence, routine letters, memos and other prosecution documents
- Provide support and assistance to our Patent Prosecution Team Perform secretarial and administrative duties Enter data, maintain databases, keep records Manage correspondence with clients manage multiple projects simultaneously Prepare documents for filing with the USPTO Prepare documents for sending to foreign agents Update IP docketing records track deadlines filings Support team document proofreading formatting citation checking perform general administrative tasks scheduling meetings invoicing
