    Seeking a BE/BC Endocrinologist to join our endocrine and diabetes team.

    • As one of three endocrinologists providing dedicated support to the more than 280 providers, you will enjoy a busy communitybased outpatient practice with consultonly hospital coverage.
    • Working alongside our team of three endocrinologists and one APP.
    • Onsite certified diabetic educators, clinical dieticians and clinical pharmacists.
    • Newly renovated stateoftheart clinic.
    • Access to ADArecognized diabetes education program with RN and RD educators.
    • Extended support from endocrine surgery (located on site) as well as oncologic subspecialists.
    • Academic appointment and teaching opportunities available.

    Requirements:
    Active license in the State of Illinois and active DEA license.
