    Location:
    On-site at our Fairlawn, OH location.


    Schedule:
    Full-Time, Monday-Friday. 3 evenings per week (11:00am-7:30pm), 2 days per week (8:30am-5:00pm)


    POSITION PURPOSE:

    The purpose of this position is to provide culturally competent, trauma- informed diagnostic assessments and face-to-face partial (PHP) and/or intensive (IOP) outpatient group services that include individual and/or family therapy to pre/adolescent population experiencing moderate to severe behavioral and mental health impairment.

    The therapist will provide services within the context of the goals as identified on the client's treatment plan.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

    1.


    EDUCATION:
    Requires minimum of a Master's degree in
    Counseling, Social Work or a related Behavioral/Mental health field from an accredited college or university.

    2.


    EXPERIENCE:
    Previous pre/adolescent behavioral health counseling/therapy experience preferred. Previous pre/adolescent group therapy experience preferred CBT/DBT desired

    3. LICENSURE/


    CERTIFICATION:

    Requires active license, in good standing, to practice as a Social Worker/ Counselor in Ohio (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC).

    KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE:
    Excellent written and oral skills. Current knowledge of mental health practices. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer services skills. CPR. First Aid, & Crisis Intervention Training
