    Join us and lets build the future./ph3Position Summary/h3pThe Project Manager is a results-driven leader responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing a diverse portfolio of complex initiatives, spanning both customer-facing solutions and critical internal improvements.

    This role requires effective leadership in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

    You will champion project management best practices and drive process excellence within the scope of your projects.

    /ph3Essential Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliProject Management/liulliLead the full project lifecycle for a variety of complex projects, including:
    /liulliDeveloping and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets./liliCoordinating necessary resources and managing vendor relationships./liliMonitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues./liliEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards./liliConducting regular project status meetings with stakeholders and leadership./liliPreparing and presenting project reports and presentations./li/ul/ulliLiaising between client, solution consultants, solution engineers and subcontractor personnel to ensure safe, timely, and profitable outcome./liliIdentifying and securing necessary approvals for all changes in project scope, budget and/or schedule./liliPromoting behavior-based safety in execution of the project and modeling safe work habits./liliDriving consensus and commitment across diverse stakeholder groups, leveraging strong influencing skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics and achieve project objectives./liliStakeholder Client Relationship Management/liulliBuild and sustain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and successful project outcomes./liliServe as the primary point of contact for clients on all project-related matters, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills./liliProactively identify, address, and resolve client and internal concerns to maintain trust and loyalty./li/ulliProcess Improvement Team Contribution/liulliContribute to the definition and implementation of project management strategies and best practices within the PMO./liliUtilize and support process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen, implementing efficiencies that enhance project delivery./liliContribute to a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team environment that encourages innovation and shared success./liliCollaborate effectively in a highly matrixed, cross-functional global organization./li/ul/ulh3Experience and Education/h3ulliBachelors degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience./liliA minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in managing complex projects./liliDemonstrated knowledge of manufacturing operational processes, including Procurement, Scheduling, Quality, and Engineering./liliProficiency in utilizing project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms./liliThorough understanding of Project Management principles, methods, and techniques, including use of tools like Smartsheet for milestones and progress management./liliPractical experience in applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks./li/ulh3Essentials/h3ulliPMP certification is highly preferred./liliRelevant experience in a related field and complex project management./liliIn-depth knowledge of project estimates, schedules, budgets, and forecasting./liliExceptional written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills./liliDeep proficiency in a variety of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)./li/ulpApplicants can expect a base compensation range of $116,900 - $175,300 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicants experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
