Job summary
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of a property.The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for showings, leases and move-ins; greet, qualify, tour the community and sign a lease.
Conducts all functions necessary to close the sale including making appointments generating new leads conducting tours maintaining model units follow-up needed.
Completes all leasing paperwork before move-in Assisting with lease audits walking units turn process Maintain accurate prospect traffic data responding to prospect leads within 24 hours Utilize established sales marketing strategies to increase property traffic maintain closing ratios work achieve exceed leasing goals Perform various administrative tasks as needed Deal with resident complaints concerns requests ensure resident satisfaction Assist in developing implementing resident retention programs i.e. monthly newsletter etc Contribute general upkeep cleaning office common areas model Marketing Outreach Assist implementing annual marketing plan outreach Review assist completing market survey analysis continually generate ideas formulate plans Maintain thorough product knowledge property competition market conditions complete weekly market survey report Customer Resident Relations Manage excellent customer service monitor request turnaround responsiveness Projects favorable image community achieve objectives public recognition Ensure consistency dealing residents matters Enforce policies delegated immediate supervisor Education Experience High School Diploma Equivalent Ability understand perform software functions basic computer skills required Must have basic knowledge Fair Housing Laws OSHA requirements Physical Requirements Employee regularly required ascend descend ladders stairs scaffolding ramps step stools stationery position standing sitting prolonged periods Occasionally required move self different positions accomplish tasks tight confined spaces overhead position reach adjust objects up 25 lbs operate machinery power tools operate vehicles golf carts assess accuracy neatness thoroughness work assigned inspect objects exposed hazardous chemicals traverse flat terrainJob description
