- Secure and develop customer relationships to ensure growth for the Bank.
- Work with other experts within the Bank to assist in securing the customer's total relationship.
- Ensure that the quality of the loan portfolio is maintained.
- Will grow and maintain a loan portfolio up to $25 million.
- Will be granted individual lending authority of $50,000-$100,000.
- Obtain and direct the analysis of all necessary information as it relates to the monitoring approval and structure of various loan customers and requests.
- Review, approve, and/or disapprove various loan proposals as a voting member of the Bank's Officer Loan Committee.
- Stay abreast of all of the Bank's (and Affiliates) financial services to be able to cross sell financial services as needed to our existing and potential customers.
- May help in the development and training of the Credit Analyst as it relates to the underwriting of credit and the cultivation and maintenance of customer relations.
- Represent the Bank in various business and social functions.

Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The primary role of the Commercial Banker is to ensure that the full banking needs of new and existing customers are met.
This includes loans, deposit services, and any other financial services that are currently provided by the Bank or its affiliated companies.
Also, it is the Commercial Banker's responsibility to continue to stay abreast of the financial condition of the Bank's loan customers and take or recommend action steps as needed to protect the Bank from loss.

Lead - formally provide guidance and review work of others; indirect leadership of credit analysts.
