This position requires that you are able to drive a company vehicle. Insurance requires the individual to be at least 25 years old with a valid driver license.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Hotel Shuttle Driver position's primary responsibility is to transport guests to approved destinations in town as well as to and from the airport. The Hotel Shuttle Driver performs a variety of work in the general maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the hotel's physical plant and equipment ensuring that systems and equipment operate efficiently and that the physical condition of the property remains in optimum condition while maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards. Complies at all times with Federal, State, local and company standards and regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties and responsibilities of this position are to be performed with exceptional caring and genuine guest service upholding the Oxford Collection of hotels standards and culture at all times.

Transport (60%): This position performs the daily and on-going transport of guests in our Hotel shuttle van, primarily within the City of Bend limits. May transport guests (using company vehicle) to and from the airport and other locations as needed.

Perform all tasks in compliance with federal, state, local, food safety and sanitation requirements and Oxford Collection of hotels safety standards and security procedures. Be knowledgeable about and able to respond to emergency situations. Report any maintenance repairs needed immediately to their supervisor or General Manager.

Departmental Support (40%): Maintain and repair the exterior and interior of the property. This can include assembling, installing or repairing systems or equipment using hand tools; painting or repairing, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall or other parts of building structures. Provide general grounds keeping services, such as trash removal, pool & spa maintenance, grounds upkeep, kitchen cleaning, and security rounds. Complete floorcare, window cleaning and other general maintenance as part of regular daily SOP. Escort guests to rooms, cart guest luggage to and from guestrooms, deliver guest supplies, park guest vehicles, amenity delivery to guestrooms. Assist housekeeping as needed in laundry, public space cleaning, and completing guest requests. maintaining the sanitation and cleanliness of the Oxford Collection of hotels van.

Other (10%): Any other duties assigned by leadership.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Hospitality / hotel work experience preferred

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Driver's License Required
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekends and holidays
• Reliable and consistent attendance

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally and often exert up to 20 pounds of force to push, pull, carry, lift or otherwise move objects
• Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis
• While primarily an indoor job, must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat)
• Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside and frequently lift 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
