    2 years of Customer Service Experience

    Experience in a fast-paced call center

    Experience with 40+ calls daily (both inbound and outbound)

    One of Insight Global's top employers within the financial services industry is looking for a service delivery representative to sit hybrid in Norfolk, Virgina (El Paso, TX). The service deliver rep will be the clients first point of contact. Additional responsibilities include inbound and outbound calls, resolving open cases, and following up with customers in a timely manner regarding their payments. They are looking for someone who is adaptable, empathetic, a good multitasker, and organized.
