- Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality
- Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team
- Describe production methods stepbystep (including equipment and software types to be used)
- Individual will prepare architectural shop/production drawings and work orders; read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications; calculate material requirements.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines & work experience as a Drafter and Microvellum Operator or similar role
- Additional certification from the American Design Drafting Association (ADDA) is a plus
- Good math skills, familiarity with 3D modeling tools, & experience with Revit a plus.
- Handson experience with computeraided design (CAD) software and Excel
