Mobile Phlebotomist – Dallas, TX
$19–$20/hr | Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–4:30 PM | Mileage Reimbursed
About Us
We are a growing mobile clinical laboratory seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phlebotomist to provide specimen collection services in homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing settings. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives working independently while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and patient care.
What You'll Do
- Collect specimens on-site and ensure accurate labeling and documentation
- Enter physician orders and lab requisitions into EMR/LIS systems
- Perform STAT and routine collections efficiently
- Track and submit mileage for reimbursement (included)
- Maintain a professional and compassionate approach with patients and staff
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on phlebotomy experience (mobile preferred)
- Reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with EMR systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with long-term care, assisted living, or home health patients
- Familiarity with lab workflows and courier coordination
- Comfortable with evolving processes and technology
