- Leading the CAD drafting and modeling of site civil, coastal, and land development projects in the FL region
- Assist project teams in meeting schedules and deadlines
- Adherence to CAD standards and aid in the development of implementing company CAD and design standards and workflows
- Production of construction documents to include permit drawings, presentation graphics, and as-built surveys
- Mentoring other Technicians
- Reviewing new technology for use at the company
- An Associate's degree in CAD Drafting/Engineering Technology preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of related CAD experience related to coastal engineering projects such as seawall design, beach nourishment, coastal structures, coastal restoration, drainage and flood control, and coastal impact assessments
- Proficient in Civil3D. Experience with 3D modeling and surfaces is desired
- Proficiency in Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat highly preferred, along with survey data processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
