    Major/Essential Functions

    The Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in coordinating and implementing research projects, as well as managing day-to-day functions of research projects. This includes managing Institutional Review Board applications, participant recruitment, data collection, data management, and conducting basic statistical analyses. The Project Manager will also be responsible for working with leadership to disseminate research findings in the form of presentations and publications, as well as assist with future grant development. Furthermore, the individual will supervise and direct project personnel, assigning duties and responsibilities to the project personnel, and communicate effectively and regularly with leadership on project progress.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Qualifications for this position include having a Bachelor's degree or higher in a health-related field (e.g., psychology, addiction, epidemiology, nutrition) with at least 3 years of research experience. The ideal candidate will also have: (1) experience creating surveys and managing research studies via Qualtrics; (2) successful demonstration of research data management and statistical analysis skills using SPSS, SAS, and/or R; (3) excellent oral and written communication; (4) excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills; and (5) work effectively in both an individual and team setting across multiple disciplines. Prior project management experience is preferred.

  • Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree plus three years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal seven years.
