- Lead capital project initiatives on plant equipment and automation systems
- Develop electrical engineering specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support all aspects of the electrical engineering process
- Support various manufacturing sites on plant and capital projects
- Work hands on with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure project deadlines are met
- Must be able to handle multiple projects and report projects to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong data analytics/Process Engineering/or Validation background
- Must have project management background
- Experience with Factory 4.0/ Digital Strategy is a plus
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and PLCs; Allen Bradley preferred
