Job summary
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in. The ENTRY PSR I helps with patient care by greeting them upon arrival and answering any questions or concerns with care and compassion. This individual will also be trained on Phlebotomy skills.
The ENTRY PSR I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining what to expect to patients regarding the scheduled procedure for the patients in a safe and accurate manner.
