- Manages multiple concurrent functional tasks. Providing expert direction and guidance to subordinates,
- Developing schedules, formulating work plans, managing, and controlling resources.
- Serving as point of contact with Government. Site management shall have the autonomy and authority to negotiate and make binding decisions on behalf of the company, including signatory authority
- Must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Public Administration, Business, Criminal Justice, Contract Management, Security/Law Enforcement Management, Emergency Management or have a combination education and of 10 years' experience in law enforcement at a management level.
- Demonstrated Program Management techniques including but not limited to management principles ranging from, design, planning, project development, understanding of cost and control measures to include budget development and cost saving methodologies.
- Three years' experience managing a project or law enforcement operations of similar scope, size and complexity to this government contract.
- Knowledge of Federal contracting regulations.
- Should have experience in labor relations, Collective Bargaining Agreements, administrative investigations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- US citizenship
