    POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

    Position Overview:

    Program Managers plan, implement and deliver projects. They identify project goals and determine the potential challenges that can increase the cost or cause delays. These professionals also track progress and supervise project teams to ensure the achievement of milestones. They act as an intermediary between upper management and the project team. They often provide reports to stakeholders to ensure the project's success. Responsible for planning, directing, and organizing all facets of their contractual responsibilities.

    • Plan, organize, direct, and manage the program to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved.
    • Manages multiple concurrent functional tasks. Providing expert direction and guidance to subordinates,
    • Developing schedules, formulating work plans, managing, and controlling resources.
    • Serving as point of contact with Government. Site management shall have the autonomy and authority to negotiate and make binding decisions on behalf of the company, including signatory authority
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    Required Qualifications and Experience:
    • Must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Public Administration, Business, Criminal Justice, Contract Management, Security/Law Enforcement Management, Emergency Management or have a combination education and of 10 years' experience in law enforcement at a management level.
    • Demonstrated Program Management techniques including but not limited to management principles ranging from, design, planning, project development, understanding of cost and control measures to include budget development and cost saving methodologies.
    • Three years' experience managing a project or law enforcement operations of similar scope, size and complexity to this government contract.
    • Knowledge of Federal contracting regulations.
    • Should have experience in labor relations, Collective Bargaining Agreements, administrative investigations, and disciplinary procedures.
    Additional qualifications:
    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • US citizenship
    • Valid Driver's License
    • No Felony Convictions.
