If you are looking to be part of something bigger, then we might have the position for you We are growing as a company and we are looking for the right Administrative Assistant to join our team in preparation for our busiest season

    This is a high energy front desk position. Duties include but ARE NOT LIMITED to the following:

    • TOP PRIORITY - Answering a seven-line phone system with a friendly, outgoing tone and routing calls accordingly
    • Eagerly and immediately greet customers/visitors in a helpful, friendly yet professional manner
    • Secure the front desk and filter/screen visitors from entering back offices unannounced
    • Filing and organizational tasks (organizational skills are a must)
    • Utilize MS Office Suite daily
    • Updating files and records, electronically and hard copy
    • Maintain strict confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
    • Willingly assisting management with tasks as needed - may include copying, mailing, making binders, making phone calls, creating flyers, etc.
    • Responsible for taking and tracking estimate requests, follow-ups and outcomes
    • Event planning
    • Keeping an inventory of supplies as well as ordering when needed with approval from management
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Other assignments as needed.
    • Be willing to grow in your position - with lots of opportunities to grow into a new one
    • Willingness to work overtime as needed on approval by management
    • Must be able to start sooner than summer. ***This position is not a fit for someone that cannot work full-time March-Sept with minor exceptions. This is our busiest time. All hands are expected to be on deck.***

    A positive, energetic, drama free, enthusiastic team player is a must in order to join our team. Must be able to abide by the dress code. Pay range is depending on experience, education and other qualifications as they pertain to this position.
