Our well established physiatry practice is offering an opportunity for BC/BE physiatrist to join our private practice with multiple locations in the Midwest.

Need two, one in northern Illinois 90 minutes from Chicago and one in northern Indiana near South Bend.

We offer an outstanding opportunity to participate in:

• Premier inpatient acute rehabilitation units. Several hospital based and freestanding sub-acute rehabilitation programs. Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Stipend for Medical Director of the rehab unit. 20 bed inpatient units.
