- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and customer needs
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements
- Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing
- Manage the product development process, including prioritizing features, coordinating timelines, and tracking progress
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotion
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to make data-driven decisions and iterate on product features
- Monitor and report on key metrics, such as revenue, customer acquisition, and retention, to track the success of the product
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product management processes
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or life sciences related field required. An MBA is preferred.
- Over 3 years of product management experience in the IVD industry.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time including occasional weekends and international travel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skills in English
