    Description
    The case manager is responsible for identifying, vetting, and processing potential foster parents for unaccompanied children.

    Duties include coordinating referrals, service planning, and documenting services for assigned case load; acting as a liaison with stakeholders, including legal providers and immigration court; accepting crisis call to support families in need; participating in weekly face to face supervision with supervisor.

    This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

    1 year of experience in childcare.

    Previous experience as a case manager for migrant children re-unification projects
    Bilingual in Spanish and English.

    1 or more years' experience in case management including work with crisis intervention, child welfare, and work with immigrant populations

    Bachelor's degree in the behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields

    Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized and have excellent verbal and communication skills

    Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products required
