We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.


Responsibilities:
Setup CNC machines by loading tools, fixtures, and materials, and aligning workpieces.
Maintain high-quality standards during manufacturing processes, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Assist in general maintenance tasks, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members, following instructions from supervisors to prioritize tasks effectively.
Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and procedures to create a secure work environment.
Operate CNC machines to execute programmed machining operations such as milling, turning, drilling, and grinding.
Provide input and suggestions for process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Maintain accurate records of machining operations, including setup sheets and production logs.
Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in various tasks to meet production demands.

Physical endurance to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards and identify potential defects.
