Currently, an exciting opportunity is available as a Production Supervisor. This position will be located at the company's plant in Pineville, North Carolina, and will report to the Production Manager, Molding.

Job Summary: The Production Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of manufactured products using efficient methods. Responsibilities include overseeing plant floor activities in molding and maintaining quality, safety, production output, and cost control to meet plant objectives.

Ensure compliance with quality control standards and procedures
Provide training on Health & Safety, Quality, and ISO procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Optimize production processes and minimize material waste
Assist in addressing equipment and process-related issues
Maintain EH&S practices and standards
Conduct performance reviews and mentor employees
Participate in employee meetings and safety initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, a strong background in continuous improvement practices, and familiarity with ISO standards. Knowledge of injection molding, including processes and materials, is highly desirable.

Key skills required include leadership, communication, problem-solving, and computer literacy.
