Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care treatments for patients with acute and chronic wounds.
Utilize evidence-based practices to promote wound healing and prevent complications.
Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques, dressing changes, and prevention strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in wound care management.
Qualifications:
