Description
As a Senior Battery Systems Engineer, you will work closely with our business and cross-functional engineering teams to gather requirements, design, and implement new features.
Key job responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of battery systems and sub-systems
Decompose system and sub-system requirements to the component level
Develop and support verification, validation, and integration strategies, as well as testing from prototype to production
Conduct system and design reviews, failure mode and effects analysis (DFMEA), and risk assessments
Review technical drawings and production documentation
Perform root cause analysis
Provide support to assembly and testing teams during production
Ensure product conformity to standards and best practices
Drive product safety through analytical, risk-assessed approaches
Lead technically-focused meetings
