    Apex Systems is lookingfor a Field Readiness Program Manager to work on a remote 18 month contract for an education technology company.

    This person would be assistingin creating and delivering deployment programs to help our customers use our product.

    Hourly pay $50- $55 DOE Summary The Field Readiness PMrole is responsible for engaging with strategic customers and positioning the value of the product and solutions.

    The role is a hybrid position involving customer success andcontent creation (pitch decks, demos, assets) with a foundation in account management.

    The goal of this position isto activate and support customers throughout the sales cycle. The role is challenging, agile, and proactive, as the team is small and the marketing support is limited.

    The role is not focused on closing deals, but on generating interest, discovery, and alignment with customer needs and goals.

    Requirements Experience in sales, sales enablement, customer readiness, or field enablement, preferably in the education or technology sector.

    Ability to ask follow-up questions and go deeper into customer pain points and challenges, based on the solutions we want to push.

    Familiarity with the product and its features, or willingness to learn quickly and independently. Ability to navigate the multitude of offerings and tailor the positioning to different customer segments and personas. Confidence and competence in having customer conversations, doing discovery, and positioning value. Competitive and goal-oriented mindset, with KPIs and targets to hit. Self-starter and problem-solver, who can create their own assets and demos when needed, using Word, PowerPoint, or other tools. Experience or interest in role-based scenarios and solutions selling, or programmatic outreach with an education background.
