    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee aspects of all logistical operations and work toward driving logistical excellence and continuity
    • Manage all deliveries and shipment to and from warehouses and 3PL
    • Manage transportation of products by commercial trucks domestically from the mid Atlantic up to the Northeast.
    • Directly manage the Internal fleet & external carriers to complete customer deliveries to job sites, Inventory transfers amongst company locations and inbound shipments from suppliers as well as outbound shipments to customers.
    • Responsible for creating Optimized Delivery routes for assigned geographic region and its locations.
    • Support the inventory replenishment strategy by providing real-time actionable information.
    • Serve as a Go-To technical / logistical resource for the geographic location assigned.
    • Leverage and improve tools that support Logistics and drive efficiency.
    • Attend seminars, educational events, and annual corporate operations meetings to gain industry knowledge.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors of Science degree
    • Seeking 3-5 yrs experience
    • Must be Tech Savvy and very proficient with technical programs, software and systems; including ERP, WMS, TMS, MS Office, Spreadsheets, etc.
    • Seeking a proactive problem solver with strong decision-making skills
    • Must be comfortable within a fast-paced decisive environment.
    • Ideally seeking logistics, warehouse operations and fleet management expertise
    • Must have the ability to work as a team and work independently, while multitasking and prioritizing workflow
    • Ability to make rapid decisions, be responsive and treat matters with urgency

    Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
