    Duties:

    • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
    • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.
    • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.
    • Successfully meet deadlines and expectations, and perform work duties as required.
    • Foster positive work relationships.
    • Comply with all firm policies and practices.
    • Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.
    • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • 3-6 years of experience in the legal field.
    • Admitted to practice in Illinois.
    • Direct and applicable experience with an AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC.
    • Experience with the establishment and representation of private investment funds and advisers.
    • Familiarity with Advisers Act regulatory matters.
    • Experience representing institutional investors in private funds.
    • Knowledge of secondary transactions and structuring carry vehicles.

    • Admission to practice in Illinois.
