    At our Nashville, TN location, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven full-time or part-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a leader in achieving customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with store policies and financial goals.

    • Lead Team Members: Monitor adherence to all service standards by your team members.
    • Serve Guests: Supervise the serving of guests ensuring that all signals from guests in need of service are addressed promptly.
    Assistance provided includes:
    1. The establishment of sidework duties through communication sheets.
        Daily monitoring
        Preparation of next day's sheet
    2. Cleaning checks performed prior shifts prior including setup check tables cleanliness proper set up.
