    Summary



    This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

    About the Position: Serves as Program Analyst for Headquarters Communications-Electronics Command, Integrated Logistics Support Center, Associate Directorate for Supply Chain Management Office of the Director Operations Office (LFA), located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.



    Duties

    • Provides assistance and advice to supervisors and managers in the planning, scheduling, analysis, evaluation, resourcing and reporting of manpower and
    • organizational functions to include allocation, documentation and reporting requirements.
    • Assists and advises professional, technical, and clerical personnel in all administrative management activities.
    • Provides input to LRC on long and short-range development goals/objective and administrative operations of the Directorate.
    • Consults and coordinates with appropriate local or higher headquarters staff and management personnel to ensure that all interested activities are aware of
    • administrative operations of the organization in order to schedule and execute long range programs.
    • Responsible for planning, programming and executing the directorate's award program.
