    JOB SUMMARY:

    You will provide administrative support and assist TTG Special Project's ("TTG SP") sales, marketing, business development, and event management efforts. Your main responsibilities include data entry into internal project management data bases, administration support to the business development team, and event management as needed.

    You will need to interpret client needs and business development requirements for the Special Projects and Business Development teams. You must have excellent communication skills, a passion for client service and live events.

    Ultimately, you will support TTG SP's marketing and business development efforts helping us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals and account growth.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Create and maintain project information in our project management systems. CRM, and Google Sheets are our primary tools.
    • Correspond on routine inquiries with operations and business development teams at the beginning and throughout the duration of projects.
    • Enter and maintain client and prospect data in CRM, internal systems, and Google Sheets.
    • Send out meeting invitations and prepare meeting agendas.
    • Perform general administrative duties such as but not limited to; filing, photocopying, taking and distributing meeting minutes, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments with internal and external parties, ordering supplies, sorting and distributing correspondence and maintaining database records.
    • Maintain a positive attitude and positive customer relations at all times.
    • Attend gaming industry events across the globe.
    • Work closely with the Special Projects Operations team on event management as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
