    CHILD & ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRIST — RALEIGH, NC

    (Outpatient. Hybrid. Nobody bothers you after 5.)

    Let's get one thing straight:

    This job does not believe in:

    • "Let's just squeeze in one more kid"
    • Surprise Saturday clinics
    • Bonus formulas that require a PhD in accounting
    • Burnout being a "badge of honor"

    We prefer licensed psychiatrists who are alive and functioning.

    THE PATIENTS

    Small humans. Big emotions.
    Occasionally allergic to eye contact.

    You'll mostly see commercially insured kids and teens dealing with:

    • Anxiety
    • ADHD
    • Mood disorders
    • The emotional aftermath of Roblox, TikTok, and middle school

    You will not be:

    • Triple-booked
    • Rushed
    • Asked to fix society by Tuesday
