    We are seeking an Office Assistant Administrative Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
    • Plan and schedule appointments and events
    • Greet and assist onsite guests
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Implement filing systems
    • Perform all office tasks as necessary
    • Willing to run errands
    • Be responsible with company credit cards for purchasing equipment and materials.
    • Sensitivity to confidentiality
    • Work directly with clients, subcontractors, city building departments, engineers, inspectors etc.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
    • Strong computer skills
    • Flexibility
    • Self-starter, takes initiative to solve problems

    Proficiency in the following:

    • Google docs, all things Gmail
    • Connect team
    • Click up
    • Tsheets, payroll programs and Quickbooks
    • Excel
    • Social Media
    • General computer skills
    • Canva (social media posts and marketing)
    • ​Phone + in-person meeting skills
    • Fast learner, problem solver
