We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a background in architecting and delivering complex Dynamics 365 projects, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about leveraging technology to solve business challenges.

• Work with department managers to analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and consult with departments on strategic and operational uses of the CRM platform
• Develop high-level project work plans and manage budgets and scope of work
• Develop robust architecture design and functionality
• Design integration solutions for backend services and F&O
• Identify process improvements to meet system/business requirements with and without the development of custom codes
• Develop data conversion and testing strategies as required
• Develop and execute the training plan for key stakeholders on the usage and administration of CRM

• Experience level:

• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Education:

• Software Architecture
• MS Dynamics years of experience is preferred)
