The Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse or department Manager, is responsible for the development and implementation of direct patient care under the provisions of the MA State Practice Act.
The Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with the other health care disciplines to deliver holistic patient care to patients of all ages.
The Registered Nurse assesses and delegates appropriate assignments to assigned unlicensed personnel._New Graduate RN's are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 RN's with greater than 1 year but less than 3 years of experience are also eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000. Urology Unit provides quality care primarily for adult patients who have urologic conditions such as kidney stones, urinary tract infections as well as other urologic issues.
